Jon Olson has taste…
If you’ve been using traffic exchanges for any extended period of time, chances are you subscribe to Jon Olson’s “Hit Exchange News“. In each Issue, Jon chooses a Splash page, from the many he stumbles across while surfing, and enters it into his “splash page hall of fame”. I always pay close attention to this section of the newsletter, hoping to get ideas to improve my own ads. Let’s face it, If anyone knows how to use TE’s effectively, It’s “The Traffic Exchange Guy“.

1st Photoshop Video Tutorial is available
We talked about branding with custom banners a couple of days ago, and to follow up, I’ve added a video tutorial on the basics of making a custom banner in Adobe Photoshop. You can find it in the Tutorials section.
This first video doesn’t get into anything too flashy. Just enough to get you started. Later this week I’ll be adding a video dealing with text effects and layer styles to add a little polish to your banners. Eventually we’ll work our way into making splash pages in Photoshop as well.
